NutriWorld Refund and Return Policy

This policy governs the terms and conditions for the return of products purchased from NutriWorld (https://nutriworld.net.in/) and the subsequent refund process.

1. 15-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee

We offer our customers a 15-Day Return and Exchange Policy, starting from the date of delivery, under the following specific conditions.

Wrong or Damaged Product Received: If the product delivered is incorrect, expired, or has manufacturing damage.

Tampered or Open Packaging: If the product arrives with a damaged or unsealed outer package.

Unopened/Unused Condition: For all returns, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging (including all original tags, boxes, and documents).

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original invoice or receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened/Used Consumables: Any health supplement where the seal has been broken or the product has been partially consumed or used.

Personal Care Products (if opened): Items like soap, toothpaste, body lotions, or other personal hygiene products once opened due to hygiene reasons.

Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Returns for very large quantities may be subject to a separate agreement.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If your product meets the eligibility criteria:

Contact Us: Email our Customer Support at support@nutriworld.net.in or call our Helpline.

Provide Details: Include your Order Number, Item Name, and Reason for Return. Replacement delivery timeline is 7–10 days.

Attach Proof: For damaged or incorrect items, attach clear photographs or a video of the product, packaging, and invoice.

Reverse Pickup: After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 3–7 business days. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item to us, and courier charges will be reimbursed.

5. Refund and Exchange Process

A. Refund Approval

Once the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. If approved, your refund will be processed. If the product fails quality checks, the return request may be rejected and the item returned to you at your cost.

B. Refund Timelines

Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet): Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after quality check is complete.
